Shipping & Ordering Information

On this page you will find answers to common questions about shipping & ordering through our online shop.

Please review all the information on this page before contacting our office. If you have a question that is not answered on this page, feel free to contact us. If you would like to inquire about an order you have already placed, please include all relevant information in your message.

Please note: TTST is a one man team. If you contact us (or place an order) please allow ample time for us to respond.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Please allow extra time for your package to arrive during holidays.

We do not offer International orders at this time. 

Delayed and Lost Packages

Even if your package seems to be taking a long time to arrive, please wait 3 weeks after your order has shipped to report any “lost” items. We often get emails from folks who think their package has gone missing, but it almost always arrives. According to the USPS, less than 2% of all mail gets lost – so just hang tight, it will get there soon enough. If your package is in fact lost, we will send it again.

Returns & Refunds

Items submitted for returns or exchanges must be in their original condition. T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way. LPs, CDs, and cassettes must be in their original, sealed packaging.

If you purchased an item, such as a t-shirt, and would like to exchange it for a different size, contact us to confirm that the size you would like is in stock. You can then return the item to us (at the address below) for a replacement. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges and the cost of mailing the new item.

If you would like to return an item you purchased, please contact us via the contact form and use the shipping address below. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. When we receive your returned item, we will refund the cost of that item to you through your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Shipping charges will not be refunded (unless your item is damaged or defective, see below).

If you receive the wrong item, or your merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, please send us a message via the contact form. If your item was damaged during shipment, please provide a photograph of the damage. We will send you a new item, promptly, at no additional cost.

Local Pickup

If you live in Indianapolis and would like to pick up an order, please contact us to make an arrangement and we can send you a discount code to void the shipping charges.
